It is an adopted concept from the pilot initiative of youth ambassador which was implemented to convey civic education among young people. Methaka is a youth network of trained PISA volunteers who will be empowered with skills and knowledge to do peer to peer civic education among young people. 
PISA promotes civic knowledge among Lesotho citizens; therefore it aims to improve knowledge base of citizens on how to participate democratically on developmental programs which in turn will improve their life. It facilitates platforms of engagement between service providers and citizens. 
Therefore Methaka volunteer youth network will be entrusted to provide information among young people which will bring positive social change on democratic developmental processes as a result young people will be able to develop, argue and defend their ideas.
